img_7816 We snapped this selfie just after my Ojiichan picked me up at the bus stop in Nagano. After he dropped me off at home, he went to meet his doctor for a follow up on some routine blood work. The next couple of days were a flurry of urgent doctor visits and awaiting test results. Little did either of us realize in this photo how much our lives were about to change.
